1. Cranberry Pie
Ingredients2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Nuts
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
Makes a 10 inch pie.
Butter pie plate. Pour in cranberries, cover with 1/3 cup sugar and 1/3 cup nuts.
Melt 1/2 cup butter. Beat eggs. Add 1 cup sugar to well-beaten eggs, mix well. Add flour and melted butter, mix well, and pour over cranberries.
Bake at 325 degrees F. for 50 minutes.
